Honey is something bees make from the nectar of flowers. Bees store the honey in their hives for when there is less nectar around, such as winter time. Honey is thick, golden and sticky and is delicious on toast, crumpets and scones. You can also use honey to sweeten tea or use it to cook cakes and cookies.
