Stupid
Someone is said to be stupid if they are of very below average intelligence. Something may be described as stupid if it doesn't seem to have any meaning or sense or wasn't well thought through, such as a "stupid decision" or a "stupid party".
The opposite of stupid is smart or intelligent.
