Something is blurry if the edges of it are indistinct and hard to make out. Things are not blurry by themselves, they are only seen to be blurry as you look at them. An unfocused camera will produce blurry photographs or movies. If you need glasses your vision will be blurry. Things that are moving very fast often appear to be blurry as they go past you.
