Ten pin bowling is an indoor sport that involves rolling a heavy ball along the ground inside a specially designed building, with the aim of knocking over a group of pins all at once. The more pins you knock over at once, the better your score.
Tiddlywinks is a game where players try to flick small plastic disks into a hole.
Tightrope walking is a performance act where someone balances along a rope. They might do acrobatics on the rope, or walk on the rope at a dangerous height.

Tis forToy

A toy is something that is designed for a child to play with. Most toys are just smaller versions of real things, like toy trains and cars, stuffed animals, dolls and teddy bears.

A trampoline is a big platform that you jump up and down on. Trampolines have a woven surface held tight by springs, so they are great fun to bounce on.
A tug of war is when two groups of people pull on opposite ends of a length of rope. The winning team is the one that pulls it furthest in their direction. Usually there is a marker in the middle of the rope so you can tell how far the teams have come. Sometimes there is something like a pool of water or mud in the middle so the losing team falls in.

Yis forYo-yo

A yoyo is a toy made from two heavy halves with a gap between them. A string is looped around an axle in the gap, but not tied on. You hold onto the end of the string, usually by a loop that goes around your finger, and you can make the yoyo go up and down. You can also do lots of other tricks once you get good at playing with a yoyo.
