Blue cheese is made from milk and special molds. These molds create blue or green veins and give the cheese a strong smell and taste. Blue cheese may range in texture from soft and creamy to firm and crumbly.

Famous varieties of blue cheese include Roquefort from France, Stilton from England, and Gorgonzola from Italy.

Colors

Blue is the colour of the sky on a clear day. It is a primary colour, which means blue paint can be used to make other colours but you can't use any other colours to make blue paint. The cat in the picture has blue eyes.
