Scientific name: family acipenseridae

Sturgeon are a large family of fish. Some kinds of sturgeon are caught for their roe, which are used to make caviar. Some species of beluga can grow up to 5.5 metres or 18 foot long and weigh 2000 kilos or 4400 pounds.
