A tomb is a structure where the remains of the dead are kept, which is different to a normal grave were the remains are simply buried. There are lots of different names for tombs in different cultures, such as mausoleum or crypt. The ancient Egyptian pyramids were originally built as tombs. Like the pyramids, many tombs of rich or influential people are very large and elaborate.

A zoo, or zoological gardens, is a place where many different kinds of animals are kept in cages so that people can come and look at them. In modern zoos, the cages are very big and very close to the environment the animals originally came from.
