You punch something when you hit it with your fist. People punch each other when they fight or they punch inanimate objects like walls when they are frustrated.

Baby seals, dogs, wolves and babies of some kinds of rodent are called pups. When you are talking about pups of a domestic dog, you usually call them puppies.

Puppets are models of people or animals that you can control and make them move how you want to. Puppets are worked by putting your hand inside them, or by moving them using pieces of string. You use puppets to make up plays and tell stories. An interesting kind of puppet is the shadow puppet, where instead of looking at the puppets performing you look at their shadows instead.

Something is pure if it is made up of all the one kind of thing, with nothing different. Something pure has no contaminations or anything added. The rose in the picture is pure white.

Purple is the colour of some flowers and fruits. The colour purple can be made by mixing blue and red paint. The flower in the picture is purple.
