D is for Daydreaming
Daydreaming means thinking about something pleasant or imaginative when you are not focused on what is happening right now.

Daydreaming can help some people relax or think creatively. You might notice your mind drifting during class, at bedtime, or on a long trip. It can be helpful, but too much can distract you from your tasks.
