Ris forRind

The rind of a fruit is the hard outer layer that you can't eat. Fruits like watermelon and oranges have rinds.

Ris forRing

A ring is a piece of jewelry that you wear on your finger. Rings can be made out of almost anything, but are usually made from some kind of metal with some kind of stone set into them. The lady in the picture has three rings on her hand. Plain rings are generally worn by a married couple after their wedding.

You rinse something by giving it a light wash, usually under clean, running water. The person in the picture is rinsing a tomato. You often rinse something with clean water after washing it with soapy water, to get any remaining soap off.
