Scientific name: Brassica rapa var. narinosa

Tatsoi is a type of leafy green vegetable. It is like a small, tender form of mustard greens.

Tatsoi leaves are usually smooth and form a rosette close to the ground. It can be used raw in salads or cooked in soups and stir-fries.
