A shipping container is a very large box that is used for transporting goods very long distances. Containers are designed to stack onto each other, and are the perfect size to fit on trucks and trains. You can fit hundreds of containers on a cargo ship.

An urn is a large vase. Urns are often seen outside in gardens as an ornament. Sometimes people grow plants in urns. Smaller urns are used to store ashes of people after they have been cremated. This kind of urn is often stored on people's mantelpieces.

A vase is a container without a lid, which is used to hold cut flowers. Vases are often very pretty. People have been making vases for thousands of years, usually made from clay and painted different colours.
