Containers

An urn is a large vase. Urns are often seen outside in gardens as an ornament. Sometimes people grow plants in urns. Smaller urns are used to store ashes of people after they have been cremated. This kind of urn is often stored on people's mantelpieces.

A vat is a very large container, either a large tub with no lid or an enclosed tank. Vats are generally used for making large amounts of food or drink, like wine or the early processes of cheesemaking.

A wallet is a small container designed to fit in your pocket. Wallets are used to organise your money, credit cards and identification. Wallets are usually made from leather and are carried by men more than women.
