A cook is someone who prepares and cooks food for a living. A cook in a higher class restaurant is usually called a chef.
Cooking is also the process of preparing food to eat by using heat, for example you need to cook potatoes before you can eat them.
A cookie is a sweet, baked food. Cookies are usually round and baked until they are crisp, and come in lots of different flavours. They are usually made with flour, sugar, butter and eggs and possibly spices, chocolate, nuts or dried fruit.
In some countries, cookies are called biscuits. If you think a biscuit is completely different to a cookie, you would probably consider a biscuit a kind of scone.
A coop is a cage, generally in the ground, for keeping animals like chickens inside.
To coop up means to keep someone in a small space, for example "my apartment is so small I'm all cooped up in there".
