Words to describe ways of treating someone else, both good and bad.

A is for Annoy

You annoy someone by bothering them until they are irritated, but not to the point of them being angry.

The flies in the picture are annoying the horse.

B is for Bully

A bully is a person who hurts or makes someone feel bad on purpose. The bully might use words or actions, like teasing, threats or violence and will often continue to pick on the same person or people.

H is for Help

You help someone when you give them what they need. You might help someone with their homework, or help someone build a fort. The man in the picture is helping the toddler climb the stairs.
A similar word to help is assist.

S is for Shame

You feel shame when you know you have done something wrong, and you feel guilty and sad.

S is for Support

You support something by holding it up, bearing its weight. If you are supporting a person, you are helping them.
