Stout is a kind of beer that is made from roasted malt or barley. Stouts are much thicker and darker than regular beer, and are typically higher in alcohol content too. The most famous kind of stout is Guinness. Stout is also a word that means heavily-built, or overweight.

Sugar is a substance made from the juice of the sugar cane or sugar beet. White table sugar is highly refined and purified. The leftovers from the refining process is called molasses, and less pure sugar is sold as raw sugar and brown sugar. Sugar is the main ingredient in candies, and one of the main ingredients in most sweet foods.

A sultana is a dried grape and is called a raisin in most countries. Grapes without seeds that are grown to be turned into raisins are also called sultana grapes.

Sushi is a type of Japanese food made from vinegared rice served with toppings, or wrapped into a roll. The toppings can include raw or cooked fish and other seafood, fresh or pickled vegetables, and seaweed to wrap rolled sushi together.
