Soy beans contain protein that is close to exactly what humans need, and are a great food source for vegetarians.
Spaghetti is a type of long, thin pasta. It is originally from Italy. Spaghetti is most often served with a tomato sauce and cheese.

Spinach is an edible green leafy plant that grows to about a foot tall. It is from Nepal and southeast Asia. Spinach can survive very severe frosts. It is usually eaten cooked, on its own or with other food. Spinach goes well with cheese and garlic.
A spring roll is an Asian appetiser, made from a variety of meats and vegetables, wrapped in rice paper. The ingredients and flavours vary depending on nationality, and the preferences of the cook. Spring rolls can be served deep fried or fresh.
