P is for Pupil

Your pupil is the black central part of your eye. The pupil is actually a hole in the center of your iris that lets light into your eye so you can see. Your pupil gets smaller when it is very bright, and big when it is dark. Some animals, like cats, have slit-shaped pupils not round ones.

P is for Puppet

Puppets are models of people or animals that you can control and make them move how you want to. Puppets are worked by putting your hand inside them, or by moving them using pieces of string. You use puppets to make up plays and tell stories.
An interesting kind of puppet is the shadow puppet, where instead of looking at the puppets performing you look at their shadows instead.
